Forged out of nearly fifteen years of making and selling pies and sausage rolls in the at-times rough and tumble world of farmers markets and events, the founder of Tambo Pies (previously called Uncle Juan’s) Wayne has served an intense apprenticeship in this challenging field of pastry making.

This dedication to his craft and to the quality of the food he creates, generated a solid following of loyal and enthusiastic customers in Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane and on the Gold Coast. Yes, he has moved around a bit over these years however it’s now time to dig in and stay put somewhere special and do that which he loves doing – making his range of pies, sausage rolls, pasties and sweet things.
